Reverse Holiday is resort wear that works in winter — pieces designed for the customer who travels often and doesn't want to maintain a separate vacation wardrobe. The brand's premise is that the lightness, drape, and color of resort wear translate beautifully to year-round dressing. Layering is built into the design language; a Reverse Holiday silk slip dress is engineered to layer under a winter coat as easily as it works on a beach. The customer is most often a 25-to-40-year-old creative-class professional who travels for work or pleasure six to twelve times a year.
Selene Park grew up in New Jersey, studied at FIT, and founded Reverse Holiday in 2022 after seven years designing resort wear for a major American brand. She designs from a small Brooklyn studio and self-funded the first three collections.
