Who's messaging you

AI Fashion Week — a product of Plutopal Cloud Services Corporation — sends SMS messages from +1-833-603-2433.

When you'll hear from us

You'll only receive SMS from us if you explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box while:

• Registering for a live event (like AIFW Rome)
• Placing an order (for shipping updates)
• Signing up for livestream notifications

What we'll send

• Event confirmations and reminders
• Livestream "going live" alerts (only for events you registered for)
• Order shipping notifications
• Account verification codes (if you opt into SMS-based 2FA)

We never send marketing or promotional messages unless you've opted in separately.

Message frequency

Typically 1-5 messages per event or order. You control this — if you register for more events, you'll receive more messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier. AIFW does not charge for SMS.

Opt out — anytime

Reply STOP to any message we send. You'll be immediately unsubscribed and receive a confirmation. You can also opt out by emailing support@plutopal.ai.

After opting out, you can re-subscribe at any time by registering for a new event and re-checking the SMS consent box.

Carrier disclaimer

Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network. AIFW and its carriers (Twilio) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We treat your phone number according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell it. We share it only with Twilio (our SMS provider) to deliver messages you've consented to receive.

Consent record

When you opt in, we record the date, time, IP address, and the specific consent language you agreed to. This proves consent for compliance purposes.
