Shoulders as load-bearing walls. Silence as silhouette.
The Void Shawl Coat is Studio Norden's thesis statement rendered in midnight black virgin wool: a dramatically exaggerated structured shoulder line calculated to the millimeter, its cantilever proportion held by interior boning architecture invisible from outside. The deep-V shawl lapel — cut wide enough to read as negative space, a deliberate void in the facade — falls open to reveal nothing but the body beneath. A double-breasted wool body sweeps into a swing hem, the whole cocoon form conceived in elevation before a single seam was placed. Worn over a leather column, it resolves into one unbroken monochromatic mass: geometry that moves.
